9 Spring Fashion Ideas You Need in Your Collection

I’m just going to come out and say it. I hate Winter fashion. Being bundled up in jumpers and coats and layers makes me unbearably uncomfortable and irritable and there’s nothing I want to do more than just rip off my layers and walk around in a t-shirt. Yes, coats are beautiful but I’d just rather not wear them.

So I always get mega excited when Spring rolls around and the weather gets warmer. I love Spring fashion, introducing more colour into my wardrobe and YES wearing less layers.

But if you need some ideas for Spring staples to add into your wardrobe, here’s a little list of some of my favourites!

White shirt

A classic white shirt is an absolute must. They go with everything, looking super chic and can be dressed up or down.

Lightweight jacket

It’s out with the chunky coats and in with the lightweight jackets. I love a lightweight jacket and they’re always staples in my Spring wardrobe.

Cute knits

You can substitute a lightweight jacket for a cute knitted cardigan if the weather allows. I love cardigans in pastel shades for Spring!

Comfortable boots

Whilst the weather is still cool enough to allow boots, boots are always a must for my Spring wardrobe. I have a brown pair from Dune which I love.

Mom jeans

I love mom jean styles and I think they’re a really lovely addition for Spring because they’re laid-back and comfortable.

Neutral tones

I love neutrals and lighter neutrals are great for Spring to be mix and matched as well as adding pops of colour.

Pops of colour

Which bring me onto this point – it’s a great time to introduce pops of colour into your Spring wardrobe.

The Spring dress

And of course, we can’t forget about the Spring dress, can we? A super cute Spring dress will go with many of the above suggestions!

Tapered trousers

And finally tapered trousers are also a great addition to your Spring wardrobe because again, they look SO chic and can be dressed up or down.
